Refund Policy:

If you should receive an order with damage, missing items, etc., we must be notified within five (5) days of your receipt of the order. The original box and all items from the damaged box must be kept together for the shipping company to pick up. We only have a short time frame in which to get any problems corrected. Please check your orders as soon as possible in order to avoid problems. Damaged items are NOT to be installed. We are unable to file a claim and get items replaced at no charge if items have been installed. If there is any evidence of possible damage, have your delivery person notate the damage on their records before signing for the shipment.

Problems arising from mis-measurement, style, or color choice are the responsibility of the buyer. Measure twice!
